I hope that at least some of you have heard of our regional Woodturning Symposium in Saratoga Springs, NY called Totally Turning. We have been holding it for many years and our next event is coming up in March 2025. I'm taking over finding demonstrators for the event.
I'm looking for suggestions for people to demonstrate. If you have any suggestions please let me know. We cover expenses based on the AAW compensation schedule. I have some already lined up but need more to fill out our schedule and provide a diverse choice of topics. We are held in conjunction with our parent group the Northeastern Woodworkers Association (NWA) which holds their annual Woodworkers Showcase at the same location on the same weekend so the turners have full access to the Symposium and the Showcase as well as the vendors area.
