I have a very nice walnut board. It is 1 3/4" by 8" by 5'. It has good color and no flaws. Someone wants to buy it. What price should I put on it?

Local place has 8/4 walnut for 7.85 BdFt. so 6.66 BdFt would be $52.33.
My guy in Michigan sells it for $6.50. Location makes a difference.
