WD-40 original vs California New and Appoved version.

Canada is banning the original, but they will sell the New and Approved version, I assume this is the same as the Cali formula.  Anyone know which is better, and is the new stuff twice the price?

Or is the replacement in California one of the many specialist products they sell that aren't the original formula, but might be good for something?  That might sell more stuff for the company, but it could cause problems for people who already know what they can get away with when they squirt some WD-40, often for the wrong reason, but they get by.

Looked up Anaheim store in Ca, and they sell "Original", it is their biggest seller.  I was warned about this for Canada.  That what happens is that after having forced small companies out of business, and large companies to pay up to the local gangsters, they can still sell the same old crap.  The only other stuff they are selling now is the specialist line.  So the only question remains, perhaps, was there a bring product once the original vanished for a while.
