Tried everything

Tried resetting my passwords or I guess now it is a passphrase. Instructions said to use "a few words"  I tried several phrases. They became a bit sarcastic as I kept getting "you did it wrong" results. I came to Wood Central 6 months after Ellis and Jim founded this site in 1998. No one could say they have benefited from this site more than me. But if I can't do something as simple as re-register then this 64 year old is going to be left in the water as the ship passes by.

Deep Regrets because I know  Ellis has tried EVERYTHING to keep things running here.

Alan, I too have been with Wood Central since the beginning.  I too had problems setting my passphrase.  I walked away and came back and somehow got it done, so I bet you can too.  You mention your age (64), and I have mentioned mine here also.....you don't want to go on record as having an 87 year old outdo you.  LOL  Hang in there.

John :)

Had similar issues!  The trick when resetting the passphrase is to insert SPACES between the words!
