LASER RECOMMENDATION
I m looking for a way to add a logo to my turned pieces. A club member has a Laserpecker that does a nice logo but, I have not seen it in action.
At this time I only want to add my custom logo to my work as my wood burning skills are lacking and, i think detract from the work. I turn bowls and boxes in typical sizes.
Please recommend a laser engraver that does this job well.

I recently bought a Sculpfun S10. $449 on Amazon, $60 for Lightburn software. So far just making trinkets for grandkids, but I'm very impressed. The air assist nozzle does a great job of reducing resin and smoke residue around the cutting and engraving lines.

A slight curve without a cylindrical attachment. It becomes a focus issue with the laser. Cylindrical attachment is around $50. One major advantage to this little laser engravers is they are really light and just an open frame. With blocking under the legs, the Z axis is unlimited. I intend to engrave to engrave on the rim of bowls. If the bowl or vessel is a foot tall, you can still engrave the bottom. And for furniture work, you can set the machine in the center of a dining room table, and do an engraving or do an inlay.
This was some work I did with my previous engraver. I paid $9,000 for it in the mid 90s. Cheaper to buy a new laser than rebuild these days.
