Quick Change Sanding Pads

I use a HF angle drill for my power sanding. I like to use a medium density foam pad for the lower grits and a soft pad for higher grits. Because the HF chuck key is a little short, changing between these two pads is a little cumbersome. A number of years back, I thought I saw a quick change device to allow easy change of pads, but I’m coming up short in my search. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

As a last resort, I could modify the chuck key to make it easier.

After a further search, I found exactly what I was looking for over at Craft Supplies.

Vince tried a quick twist system years ago, but had a quality issue with the plastic threaded disc being glued on. Hard to keep it centered and not the greatest bond.
