Re: Anybody Tried One

Looks like a great way to get a broken nose if much mass hits the shield. Really close to the face!

Good Thing . . .

I don't have a big nose :D

[I'll report back when I get it.  Wasn't looking for a diving helmet]

Re: Anybody Tried One

Haven't tried one, but there are about a dozen very similar ones on Amazon - all of them for around 20 bucks.

Re: Anybody Tried One

I ordered 3, they came from China in a plastic bag each stuffed inside each other. All three were cracked and useless. You think they would put them in a box for protection. All it would take is a heavy package thrown against them and bingo cracks. Will not bother again.

Re: Cheap at Half the Price

They don't really explain their anti-fog technology. Maybe they pack some paper towels with the face shield.

You would have a lot of trouble fitting a respirator more complicated than a KN95 inside it.

There's also no room for a pair of spectacles inside, so you would either need to be a lot younger than most woodworkers on this forum or wear contacts.
