FWIW, I purchased a clamp block from Oneway several years ago to fit the ways on my Powermatic 3520 (2.5").  At the time, it was $17.00 US.  In the past, they apparently made clamp blocks to fit other lathes so one could use their accessories, steady rests, etc., on non-Oneway lathes.  Might be worth a call to Oneway.
