It is not that difficult if I had known about the set screw.
Take the wheel off the left end, unlock the lock ring for the nut on the shaft remove the nut, loosen the set screws on the driven sheave and remove the set screw that goes through to the shaft and loosen the inner set screw, remove the locking mechanism that locks the spindle and you can get to the set screw that locks the locking ring in place then just tap the shaft through it is a precision fit but is not tight, tight. You can check conditions of bearings then and just reverse procedure. Be sure to align the pulleys. The locking nut on the left end of the shaft is tightened up just enough that there is no end play in the shaft when finished, so tighten and bump the shaft to see everything is seated and back the nut off so there is no end play.
If ever I have to change another one probably an hour to hour and half. I am a bit slow anyway.
Just for information I purchased the belt from Polybelt.com Clifton NJ to my door for $14 and some cents.
