I remember someone suggesting they spray the inside of the sea urchins with something to help them not fall apart and give them strength.

Does anyone recall this?

Thanks

There's been some discussion of that here but I don't remember what was suggested. I have read of expanding insulation foam being used, and here's a google result for that:

I also found suggestion of Elmer's Glue, might be a little easier to just paint the insides with that.

Good luck with it!

Ed Moore used Kryon Triple Thick ...........

...Crystal Glaze when I took a class on ornament making with him years ago. It's available at Walmart and many hobby shops.

After someone at a club meeting picked up one of mine and crushed it, someone told me they always filled the inside with foam. I now use the Window and Door type which gently expands. I spray the outside with acrylic from a rattle can, as I was taught by ??? (shoot, can't remember now). I usually use a satin spray.

Use Mod Podge, give the interior coating or 2.
