I didn't know how to attach a pic and the directions don't seem to work when I try doing what it says. Can anyone provide simple and clear help?

90% of the time, it's because the photo is too large. The other 10% is that you are not logged in with the same information you used to register

I process and resize photos with Photoshop but there are other ways. I make the photos 99Kb to make sure they are under the file size limit. I also resize to between 600 and 800 pixels across to make them fit better in a message.
