I'm cleaning up my parking lot, trying to make room for a timber-framing project, and need to get rid of some of my turning stash. If any of you are in central AR and want some free, contact me and I'll send you some phone pics. This is from a large 4' D tree, so easy to combine the spalting with ray flakes. Sorry, no shipping, I just don't have time.

Rats. If I had some extra time a road trip to Arkansas would be fun.

Some in-progress photos of your timber framing project would also be fun. We live in a timber frame house and I watched some of the raising at a friend's place. All the timbers and joints were made somewhere in Virginia and the assembly was fast!
