Need Nomenclature Help

My google fu is kaput. What do you call the product that you make by turning a shallow bowl, then saw it in half, then glue the two halves together? With a foot and a lid, it ends up being a box, but for the life of me I can't find the article in AAW.

Sounds like the work of Stephen Hogbin but it seems like there was just an article about that in American Woodturner not long ago. I will have to look. I just posted a flower that i did using that technique.
