AND ......the guy is doing it two-handed. But John, I'll bet you had the wrong music playing. If you listen carefully, his movements are choreographed to music. I'm thinking: the Pointer Sisters and "Jump!"

Try cranking down on the needle-travel knob on the back of the handle. This will prevent you from spraying too much paint during your spray. Your Tritium has this and your Iwata probably does too.

For what it is worth, most of the strokes are considered dagger strokes. The dagger stroke is the most difficult to master. "heavy to light" or "heavy-light-heavy", or "light-heavy-light". Or some combination. Difficult to do without blobs of paint at the ends of the travel.
