stabilizer

Jimmy Edwards

What brand of stabilizer for the 2 cycle engines? I just bought a Stihl 18in. chainsaw and a can of 50/1 pre-mix. 93 octane.

I used to use Sta Bil which seemed fine, but for the last 5 years or so I've used Stihl 2-cycle oil that includes stabilizer.

When the fuel lines fail, debris will end up in the carburetor.....I guarantee it! on many carbs, there is a fine screen on the inlet side......it will be plugged.
