Hopefully the following generation will turn us around.

It scares me to think I will need to rely on the millennials in my golden years.

The company I work for hires these people on a weekly basis to replace the

ones that washed out the prior month.

I used to sit across the desk from these dimwits and if they put down their phone long enough to answer a question I was interested but once they actually started talking I realized that they had no idea why they were there.

Even when we hired them they didn't understand they were supposed to work...every day...Monday through Friday. Most of them didn't last a year and HR made it difficult to get rid of them.

We actually had an HR bozo who asked where it was written in the company policy manual that employees had to be at work at a specific time. We had to add it to the policy manual.

I work for one of the largest corporations in the country and they allow their

employees to visit all of the social websites listed on the video. The only website

you are not allowed to visit during work is your email provider. You could spend

the entire day on Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Flickr,

SnapChat, no problem but open your email account and they are on your ass.

Crazy world we are living in these days.

I found it very funny, but then I found it to be so real....... reminds me of two of my nieces.
