If you refine your search to pepper mill blanks you will find a few stabilized blanks in that size.
If you go directly to the source they will make any size you want, depending on the size of the
vacuum chambers they have. Ebay has some listings for pepper mill blanks.

I have used wood from this source and was well pleased with the wood and the service. I am sure there are many others.
I am no way connected to the company.

These are three suppliers of larger (pricey) pieces I've used in the past with good luck:

The cost of a stabilized wood blank may seem pricey, until you add up the cost of the vacuum
equipment, materials, coloring agents, molds, cleaning supplies, time, and work space needed
to produce any number of the stabilized wood blanks. A larger percentage of the cost these days
is the ever increasing percentage that EBay and PayPal is taking on every item sold. Add in the ever
increasing cost of shipping fees being charged by the parcel companies and you will begin to see that
the small business owner is making profits for the large corporations and has a hard time covering their
own overhead expenses most of the time.
A friend of mine sells on E-Bay....

They charge 14%. OK But they also charge the 14% on the postage or shipping. And Paypal fees. Hard for the seller to take it into account since they have no idea where the package is going.
