Need more info. As far as I know you don't calibrate the light source. You set the camera's white balance to that particular light source.

I looked it up. Never heard of that lighting standard. It appears to me to be what they are describing as daylight. They say 6500K is roughly what that daylight. That would be a little bit blue for most daylight settings which are 5500K but it's close enough to work. The daylight setting on your white balance should work. If you have custom white balance then I would use that.

.....designation is a European standard which is not used in the US as far as I have ever encountered. Use of a camera custom white balance setting reflected from an 18% gray card will give good reproduction accuracy for both color and exposure setting for most applications.
