OT - Las Vegas concert shooting and blood donation

I know I'm not alone in feeling - well, just not words - shocked, sad, in grief, for all those injured or killed in the shooting this last weekend.
If you live in Nevada or adjacent states and are able to donate blood, check with your blood bank; my local one has sent 200 units down to Las Vegas, and probably more later - which leaves them short here. I'm scheduled to donate at 2:30 today.
