Several places are selling the Powermatic 3520B at a significant discount price. I am wondering if this is an indicator that a new model will be released soon. Does anyone have reliable news regarding this rumor??

The new Powermatic 3520C was on display at the recent AAW Symposium. The new model was discussed recently on this forum and a link was given to additional information about the lathe. I'd give you a link to that thread, but the forum's search function is working for me right now so I cannot find it easily. The discussion happened in the last few weeks.
UPDATE: I paged through the forum until I found the discussion. The thread was started August the 1st. The link I mentioned was the AAW forum discussion. I've added the link, below. I have no idea when the new lathe will be on sale. It might depend on how long it takes to sell off the inventory of 3520B lathes.

I bought a used one with bed extension and took it apart and loaded it into a trailer with some help. When I got home I unloaded and set up up by myself - takes some care but it's not difficult.
