Finally got it done. At least I hope the client is happy. Mounting the door in the upper bonnet was a nightmare. They had jury rigged the mounting somewhere years ago. I filled in all screw holes and redrilled them. However the cabinet had warped or shifted just a tiny bit. The door barely fit. The brass washers that support the door were the wrong size. I turned them down to the correct size on my metal lathe. I got the bottom hole perfect but the top hole was off a hair and had to be re filled and then redrilled. I had to drill the holes with a right angle attachment on my dremel which made it hard to drill them accurately. I could see where they had planed part of the door to make it fit earlier. I planed it just a hair and sanded one area on the top and now it fits like a glove.
