Mustard Monster

The Mustard Monster lives to turn again. Really it has been working fine except for the spindle lock. It broke a couple of months ago. The locking collar for the 3520A is not made anymore,bummer. I found a some one to make me a couple, just in case, at a good price.
I have had them for a couple of months so today I decided it was time to install one. It took way longer than I thought it would. The hand took over a hour to get off. After taking for ever to get the spindle out I found that one of the bearings was bad. So off to NAPA for a new one.
Back home I got everything installed and the Mustard Monster is running like a new lathe!
