Been playing with this process for some time now and decided to give it a shot. After the Segmented Symposia, I learned a couple tricks about getting better fits on the segments but wondered how the current would flow over the glue joints. Well, it does just fine. You do need to keep your forearm away from the edge; makes your hair curl just a little.
