As always John, they look good! I especially like the one with what looks like black epoxy in the center.

I have a better one with epoxy but I had problems with bubbles and had to repair that one so it didn't get finished yet. I'll post it when I get around to finishing it.

what size blank?

Very nice! I'm saving that piece of walnut burl for you. Now I'm inspired to whack off some other burled and figured pieces. What size of blank do you generally start with for a 4" mirror? All I've made were 3"

I start with 5 1/2 inches. Handles are about 10 3/4".
