>Got to Gloat big time. As of Monday I get a new shop. 24X30 with a usable loft. It will be a office lounge room. I get two south facing sky lights and its heated and airconditioned.Now I can plan it and buy all the neet items I have been wanting. alonge with full use of the shop I get a 9000 doller budget to fix it up and buy more TOOLS>
WHO said santa only comes once a year.
We bought a new home with it also. and because the seller went for such a low price the boss ladie said I can keep the extra cash for the shop.
Isn't it nice now she lets me spends my own money
