Almost dropped the phone.

Almost dropped the phone.

Rod Peterson -- Ormond Beach

>I called Delta today to see about getting a manual for my recently acquired 46-700 lathe. Naturally they have an automated voice menu ("please press '1' for parts" ,etc.) which I listened to. The first choice was for parts, the second choice was for something else, and the message for the third was (I'm not kidding), "if you would like to speak to a customer care representative regarding your unit, press 3."

I did not press 3.

>We're over-rated...now the Google search engine, or the Delta Website, they're just gold! So anywho, if you're looking for a manual you can follow the attached link, or email me and I'll send you a copy via email (I saved it just for you...20.6Mb BTW).

~Jay...who's still green-eyed from your raffle winnings at the EOP picnic at Ray's in 2003. Its just not legal to be that lucky all the time.

Thanks for the offer.
