>Hi,
Yup, # 432, that's my membership number, I joined the Golden Horseshoe Woodturners Guild tonight, 150 club with the AAW. Amazing that it took me this long to get proffesional help!!!
I'm in trouble now, eh!!
:-)
The club has 200 members, every one was really nice and I had a great time!! I met some new people and some old familiar faces as well.
Take care,
Jim

>Jim,
I think you'll find that it is the best thing you ever did to improve your turning abilities.
I joined Valley Woodturners, Ottawa, AAW Chapter 195, a couple of years ago after being self-taught for a few years. Couldn't believe how much I learned at just the first meeting.
Woodturners are a pretty friendly, helpful bunch of people no matter where they are!

>Jim - I knew we would get you sooner or later! It was great to see you last night. I hope your ability to keep continually turning out work, flat & round will rub off on me. It is a great group of people with an absolutely huge amount of knowledge. Welcome indeed.
Mike
Thanks Mike
