Just a case of a guy doing something to help out the pen turners working on the FPP. He makes no profit from this. If you're not involved with the FPP, you may want to send him an email to see if he's supplying CA to the world or only to FPP turners. To answer your question - shipping time varies depending on how many orders he gets and how long it takes for him to accumulate enough orders to make a bulk purchase. He doesn't stock the stuff.
