Need ROS parts

>Perhaps someone here can point me in the right direction. I have two ROS; a 5" DeWalt PSI type and a Ryobi 4" H&L.
The pad on the DeWalt has torn and the pad on the Ryobi no longer grabs. In addition I need a cushion for the Ryobi, it's H&L pad is too hard.
Any sources? Thank you!
