Want type refill cartridge for Berea fountain pen?

>A customer wants to get refills for a Perfect Fit fountain pen he got as a gift last year. I am having trouble finding locally available cartridges that fit so I don't know what to tell my customers. Not everybody wants to use the ink pump that comes with the kit. From what I can tell the Cross 8920 blue ink cartridge might fit. Berea sells replacement cartridges for the pens but it is not convenient for customers to order 20 cartridges at a time from Berea.

I emailed Berea last week but got no response. I figure someone here will know what brand and model ink cartridges are compatible with the pen kits Berea sells.

>Those kits take the standard European or Mont Blanc style cartridges...

If I can make a suggestion, stay away from the cheaper cartridges available in most office supply stores and only purchase quality ink...

I really like Private Reserve.. The higher quality inks usually have a lubricant in them that really helps keep the nib clean and it flows a lot better and has nicer color than the office supply stuff... I saw a big difference in the way my Baron wrote after replacing the cartridge that came with it... This is just my 2cents.. but I got the information from some turners who specialize in nothing but high priced fountain pens.

I get it from the site below..

The price is very reasonable... I recently purchase 2 bottles of ink and 2 sets of 12 cartridges and the price with shipping was $30.00 and the bottled ink was the limited edition color they make each year for the Washington DC Pen Show.
