I find them to be fantastic. I hate to gush but they have consistently gone the extra distance for me. They've replaced a flawed product on several occasions; cabachons, spindle stock, no questions asked and didn't want the item in question returned.

Recently, apparently through early senility or just plain "dumminess" I lost an integral and quite important part to one of my Tormek jigs. An email to them and within days the part arrived, no charge.

I bought my VL300 from them, they had the absolute best price on shipping and tech support, when needed has been great.

I guess we all have our favorites, and love to speak up for them.

>I've never heard anyone say anything bad about Craft Supply. that's one thing...but it is quite another thing to see all the good things that are said about them. They have gone out of their way so many times for me...giving me the benefit of the doubt even when many another company might not; even when a rational person might say "well, this simply isn't our fault...", etc., that I have no hesitation saying that they have the best customer relations policy I have ever run across in a commercial company--bar none. I would go out of my way to praise them and recommend them to anyone looking to buy tools or supplies. They are always my first choice.
