Before I went to Timberwolf I was using the R&D furniture band. Back then, if I'm not mistaken, they didn't carry the Swedish silicon.

For the 105" .032 1/2" 3 tpi they want $16.15 U.S. That's about $3.00 cheaper than Suffolk. I don't know what they charge for shipping. They also have a $50.00 minimum for U.S. orders.

I liked that furniture band but do prefer the silicon blade.

I'll keep this in mind next time around. Thanks again!

Sorry for the delay but I had to make sure that the blade I was talking about was made of silicon steel, so I send a e-mail and asked if it was, their reply yes the 3/8" wide, .032 Thick blade that comes in 3 or 4 TPI is made from silicon steel, that is also what it says on the package that I have with the blade in it.

Yes there is a minimum order, $25.- in Canada and $50.- for US, and the price is 13 cent per inch Canadian.
