first Platter

>here is my first platter well Its not realy big enough to call a platter 9"x1" but thats about all I can get from my jet mini
it is Ash has some nice figure in it. I cut it off a bowl blank that was thicker than needed. I posted the bowl a few weeks ago. I gave it an alky bath and let it dry for over 3 weeks and it had very little movement. It was fun turning this I plan to do a few more soon!
