>The page below lists a pretty decent headgear/faceshield with a polycarbonate (aka Lexan) shield. You want polycarbonate. $10.95 for the set and $2.95 for replacements is hard to beat (Woodcraft has an extremely similar one for $19.99). Besides the shield material, you want one that has good adjustments and doesn't plop down accidentally too easy (click on the headgear for detail and then once more on the "even more detail" detail picture with the arrows).

>All face shields that don't have respirators can fog, but unless you are looking out your nostrils it usually isn't an issue. I usually am also wearing my DustFoe mask (then the fogging, if any, is around my cheeks), but often have just the shield on (when working outside). When it fogs, it is only righ around the nose on exhale and pretty much disappears on inhale. Unlike glasses, shields have a lot of air movment behind them. But mine rarely fogs at all; maybe one in ten times I use it. I wipe if off to clear fine dust before each use and while I get the visible dust, I might be leaving a very fine dusting that helps with keeping the fog down.
