There was recently a rather lengthy and full account of all the videos and DVDs with some great suggestions.
I suggest you run a search here on the turning board with the word "video" and I be you will find that excellent thread. That's not a bad way to go on a lot of basic questions as there has been a lot of cyberink spilled on these issues.
