>I just watched another 20 minutes of the DVD while on the treadmill yesterday. I am a total novice at turning (so use a whole shaker of salt), but the material on the DVD is easy to follow and understand. I like the delivery and production quality, too.
SWMBO wants me to find a way to turn without a turning muscle, though.
