Anyone try to contact BestWoodTools?

>I really hesitate to post here, but I have been trying to contact them via phone and email regarding a return/exchange with absolutely no response despite several attempts. I returned some product that was simply the wrong size, and have proof of receipt from FedEx, but nothing further.

I have always been treated well by them before, and this is very surprising. I'm wondering if maybe they're closed for vacation with no sign on the window?

I was going to say the same thing. Last time I was up there they were leaving for 3 weeks to hit several symposiums. That may be the case right now but I haven't called them lately so I don't know.

I really like my carving post and have a really good idea for an addition they could make for it. I thought I would drive up some afternoon and talk it over with them to see if it's feasable. John
