>How many of you have a phone tree for calling all the members of your club? We just had a situation. We meet at the local high school and they called off school tomorrow because of snow so we can't meet there. They call off school around here if there's even an icycle hanging on the superintendants house I think.

We set up a phone tree at the Tennessee club after Charles Alvis passed away. We thought it was a good idea to call and let people know when one of out club members had an emergency or in a worse case passed away suddenly.

In this case it would have made it much easier to change the location of our meeting. I just spent an hour on the phone calling everyone. Thank god for a cell phone with free in state calling.

>We have a Yahoo group for CWT, about 60% of the members are on it. It works pretty well. This way we can pass other info around as well.

I think the web page is in a state of flux right now. I'm not sure who's in charge of taking care of it. Hopefully it will be changed shortly. John
