>Steve,
Thanks in advance for the help you are giving.
If you could include less expensive (not roach motels) Motel/Hotels in the area for those of us that will be driving, I would appreciate it.
Last year I stayed just one exit away from the Symposium site, and saved a great deal.

>Hi Ed,
The more I read about the AAW meeting in Kansas the more I would love to go, but it's a haul. Looks like many of the people I would like to meet from this forum and others will be there as well. What a great event, I hope one day to attend, if it were closer to me.
Take care<

>VicMarc,
Turn About Wood is a store on the north side of Kansas City. They just moved about two weeks ago to a new location which I haven't been to yet.
The best advice is to hit their website, it has directions and a link to a map page.
A very nice store if you are on Interstate 35 on the north side of Kansas City for woodturning.

>Hi Mark,
There's a Radisson just up the street from us at 95th and I-35 that I just looked up on line and it was $64.00 a night. Most of the other hotels I checked were right around $100.
