HEPA air cleaners Sorta OT

>During last night's chat there was some talk about the effect of dust on lungs, about allergies, lung infections, etc.
Along those lines does anyone here use a HEPA room air cleaner in their home, not in the shop but in the home. I'm curious if anyone here that suffers from seasonal and indoor allergies employs one of these and whether it helps. If so, which brand/model do you use.
