What ever happened with the soap molds? Did you decide how to make them, and get them done? I sure would like to know what you did.

On the soap molds, I made the inside dimension, after lining with plexiglas, 9x24x1, with thin slits to make 2x3 inch bars 1 inch thick by using dental floss to cut the bars straight. I made 2 "L's" 9x24 held on by BIG rubber bands around the sides for 2-3 days to allow the soap to harden enough to keep it from running out thru the cutting slits. Another week of hardening after cutting, then turned out of the molds and 4 weeks of curing. Sale ready. Only have 2000 lbs to make by April 1.
