>I haven't posted here in such a while I feel bad. Here are a couple of the items I turned leading up to Christmas. These and about 40 pens helped me complete the purchase of a Vicmarc VL100. I love it and so do my sons as they get more access to it or the Jet 1236.

Thanks for looking and any comments or feedback are welcome.

>Chuck, as I said elsewhere, these are very nice, and I especially like the wine set. Well done, and it is a very good idea that can add some money to a sale.

The pens are very nice too. Don't be shy, go ahead and post a pic here too!

>Very nice work Chuck

Love that (rocking?) Oak Bowl, nice shape, I am partially to oak, like the grain and rays shimmer.

Have fun and take care

>All of the turnings look great Chuck. I like the rim detail on the oak bowl, it should keep things inside. I also am curious, round bottom?

Enjoy the VL100!

>Hi Chuck. I do like the wine set. What sort of toolage did you use to turn the pedestal? I'd like to do some stuff similar to that and am still trying to figure it out!

>Thanks Tony, in many ways, it was turned like a bowl. Bowl gouge for truing, general waste removal, parting tool and skew to mark the detail points and sizing, detail (spindle gouge) for the coves.

You are welcome over any time I'm out in the shop. Just call me a day or so in advance to make sure my SWMBO hasn't planned something OTHER than shop time. Email me offline for my number.
