As a photographer I've helped people get photos for thier booth. They usually use 2 different kinds depending on the work and the show. Big photos that show off the work and the details to try to entice people into the booth. My friend Simon Levy has pieces that are about 12" tall with really subtle detail. he displays a few photos in the booth that are poster size to help show off the details.

The other type of photo display is one showing the process. Your are trying to educate the buyer into why your work special. Or in some cases to show how difficult the work is to produce to help justify the price or to show off skill.
