2nd Goncalo Alves - bowl/plate?

>I turned this piece the same day I turned the GA Collection Plate. This piece is 10' by 2" and finished with EEE Polish and Shellawax. I am not sure if it is a bowl or a plate. The wood's moisture content was 10% and it was pretty hard. I had a little tear out but was able to shear cut it off after re-sharpening the bowl gouge.
