>He doesn't tell you that they charge $8.50 shipping. I ordered some anyway because I have been unable to find any screw eyes that were small enough to look good around my town. They should be here monday or Tuesday so I will be able to tell you more about how they look.

>I found tiny brass screw eyes at Michaels Crafts locally. They come in packs of 20 and are part #U10078. I believe the cost was around $1.00 per pack.

>Nick Cook gave us a source when he did a demo for our club - Benny's Woodworks in Tennessee. I can't remember the web address, but a quick search will bring it up. I seem to remember they had both brass and silver in a bunch of sizes.

>Barbara take a look at this site.

Hal Simmons held a demo on turning Christmas Ornaments for our wood turning club and a noted this is where he gets all his screw eyes. I haven't got any yet, but it looks like they have all sizes.

>Barbara, the BF store in Richmond does not carry the screw eyes. They say the store is to small to carry all the inventory. BUT the one in Newport News on Victory Blvd. has them. If they have restocked. I made a raid Wed.

Have you tried Marshalls or Urbanna Marine? Marshalls used to surprise me at the stuff they carried.

>Buy fish hooks instead, and cut off the shanks. They come in all sizes and finshes. They look better and are probably cheaper than brass eyelets.
