Sanding Rolls - not discs sources??

>I have read the posts on sanding discs but on small items like pens I prefer the ease of using rolls of sandpaper/emory cloth.

Penn State sells a box of four grits for around $20 but I always seem to run out of one or two grits before the othes.

What are your opinions on sources and best prices for different grits?

Thanks
