>Hi

This is a zebrawood bowl about 8" accross and 2" deep. I usualy shy away from wide rims but somehow on this bowl I was thinking different.

Thanks

Richard

>Hi Alan

Thank you for the kind words.

I was wondering what happened to your woodturning. When you were last turning you were trying a bunch of different things. But that was quite a while ago. It is nice to see you are finding time to turn again.

>Thanks Richard, I just put my turning on hold until I did more flat work. I wanted to become a more rounded ww'er I guess. But I always seem to gravitate back toward turning. Alan in Md.

>Richard, I was just recently thinking to myself that I don't see many of you more experienced guys posting pictures very often, and here you go and do it. I was wondering if maybe you just posted only very special pieces, or if the luster was gone from showing your work online. Until very recently I was posting everything I turned, now it is only the things I think are unusual or special.

Anyway - I like the subtle features on this piece and the finish looks very touchable.
