On reading the post "Class with Michael Mode" I was interested and followed the thread, this eventually led to Michael's web site and the awesome work he has on there.
Can anyone advise on the construction of his "Cutting and Stacking" method of making bowls or point to any further reading on the web?

>I've tried it with a parting tool and you are right, the anle is the trick. I think Mode uses a bandsaw with the table set on an angle. The only thing I don't like about that is having to close the bandsaw cut that you need to start the ring.
