Chef Specialties Peppermills arrived!

>I received my order of 10-inch peppermill and saltmill mechanisms from Chef Specialties today and they look very nice. But...no suggestions for assembly...just loose parts in a bag. Has anyone turned bodies fot these mechanisms that can give me a start on the internal measurements?

>I assume that you know the basics of how a peppermill goes together? If not, then there's a few online articles showing this. Just do a search on it.

However, don't take those measurements that you see in the articles as the exact dimensions for holes, and lengths for YOUR particular mill. Make sure you measure your mill that you're working on at that moment. Dimensions are different from mill to mill sometimes.
