What's Up with Teknatool?

>For a long time now, they've been advertising on their homepage for a contest for people to tell why they deserve one of the Teknatool chucks. Contest was supposed to be over on Sept. 20th, but the contest is still posted there, and no winners.
Any ideas why? Maybe they forgot about their own contest?
